Producing a highly uniform and repeatable product, these systems include a pump, valves, stainless steel tank, piping with quick-disconnects, and clean-up easily with minimal waste.
Featuring a Modular Engineered Design™ which can be configured to precise user process requirements, Bematek In-Line Mixer Systems can be designed for handling viscous materials from 1,000 CPS and up with flow rates from 0.5 to 300 GPM; requiring dispersion down to one micron, with + or – repeatability, depending upon the ingredients and application.
Bematek In-Line Mixer Systems are priced from $39,500.00 up, depending upon configuration. FDA, USDA, and 3A compliant systems are also available.
