The Bematek L-Series Hi-shear In-Line Mixer for emulsions, dispersions, and fine suspensions provides continuous homogeneous output down to 1 micron and eliminates the need for tanks. Featuring a mixing head with from 1 to 12 shear-action zones, consisting of high speed rotors and stators which can produce shear rates of 200,000 per second each, this modular design facilitates scale-up from laboratory to production requirements.

Capable of handling samples from batches as small as 85 ml, the Bematek L-series Hi-Shear In-Line Mixer is available with two mixing head sizes, depending upon the residence time necessary. The shear-action elements are easily accessible for cleaning or tailoring them to a specific application. Constructed from 316L stainless steel, it is USDA-, FDA-, and 3A-compliant, only needs a 2” sq footprint, and 110 Single-phase or 220 3-phase power.
